In planning meetings, I often try new things, especially things to inspire creative thinking.
At a meeting this week, we put several things on the meeting tables, including lots of colored paper, cans of play doh, and legos. We gave no instructions for their use and had no “activities” using them. Just look what folks did with them — I’d call this a big success! (And it’s worth noting that the attendees at these meetings were mostly fairly high level non-profit executives and DC policy wonks.)
