Student information goes mobile!

Principalm provides access to the information you need from your student information system on Palm OS or Windows Mobile handheld computers and smartphones.

Whether you are in the school hallways, on a field trip, or away from the office, you have easy access to the most important information about each of your students.

This program provides access to the following:

Student name, picture, and ID number
Student home address and phone
Student grade and track
Student gender and birthday
Homeroom number and teacher
Counselor
Locker and combination
Class schedule
Emergency contacts for parents and doctors

Here are some examples of how schools are using Principalm:

A principal is called outside school grounds where a student has been injured. Without leaving the injured boy's side, she calls the child's parents at work, and they're on their way to the hospital before the medics arrive.
An assistant principal sees a student in the hall during class time. He does a quick search in Principalm and finds the students schedule that shows that the student should be in Room 203 right now.
A transportation coordinator has all of his bus drivers use Principalm to make sure the right student is on the right bus and to have ready access to student emergency contact information. One bus driver has a problem with students fighting and uses his Zire 71 handheld with a built-in digital camera to document the situation.
